Ingest 0.7.1

Fix Apple Photos connection

• Fix a missing Photos entitlement in the signed release that prevented Connect from displaying the macOS permission prompt.
• Open Photos Privacy Settings when access has already been denied, show connection progress, and check access again when you return to Ingest.
• Add a release check that verifies Photos permission configuration in the signed app before publication.

If Connect did nothing in 0.7.0, update to 0.7.1 and open Apple Photos again. Allow Photos access when prompted. If you previously denied access, choose Open Photos Privacy Settings and enable Ingest.
