IngestReconnect and reopen the same source
Connect the original drive, confirm it appears in Finder, and reopen its photo folder in Ingest. Ingest 0.9.9 preserves tags, ratings, and Organize drafts across disconnects and reconnects using the drive and file identity. A different drive with the same name is not treated as the original.
Resume an Organize draft
Open File → Organize… for the folder. A saved draft can resume even if the drive’s mount path changed. Check the operation, destination, and proposed paths before applying. Ingest validates file and destination identity; if it reports a changed source, reconnect the original rather than applying to a replacement.
An import was interrupted
Reconnecting does not mean a canceled import completed. Review its result and verified copies, then import what remains. Check an incomplete copy →
A recovery warning appears after using an older build
Keep the recovery files and contact support with the warning text and app versions. There is no in-app restore for conflicting edits preserved from an older build. Do not remove recovery data while investigating.
